The limited warranty only covers the original purchaser of the warranted products. When you transfer or gift the products to other people, the warranty does not transfer to cover any subsequent owners, transferees, or beneficiaries

Please note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, rough handling, or negligence.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Liquid damage, including water or milk entering the motor.
- Damage to accessories (only motor parts are covered).
- 1 year: This applies to wearable breast pumps sold within Australia

- Refunds: We can only accept refunds if the pump has not been used and box is sealed
- Exchanges: If your product has a quality issue we verify, you can request an exchange within 60 days of receiving it.
- Warranty: For manufacturing faults, you have a 1-year warranty. This starts from the date you placed your order, not the replacement date.
- Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
